When you find movement you genuinely enjoy, it's so much easier to stick with it long term to create a healthy lifestyle. My role is to help you find that passion for exercise - whether that's weight training, running, yoga, pilates, or whatever that may be! Once you find that passion, it's amazing to watch yourself grow both mentally and physically. There is truly no better feeling!

I have been active for as long as I can remember; I grew up playing both soccer and lacrosse for 14+ years. It wasn't until my Junior year of high school where I joined a gym. I began working with a personal trainer to gain strength and improve my overall athletic performance.
Once I left for college, I continued weight training and immediately fell in love. I wanted to take things to the next level so I decided to become a personal trainer. I got certified and hold my personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE CPT). I began working as a trainer part time while pursuing my degree in Accounting. Fitness quickly became a huge passion of mine and I loved being able to help, inspire, and motivate other individuals to gain confidence, reach their fitness goals, and fall in love with exercise.
I have been lifting consistency for over 8 years. However, it wasn't until around 3 years ago, where I made the transition from "working out" to "training". I truly believe that movement is medicine and it's incredible to see how happy and healthy you become when you focus on becoming STRONG. I emphasize living a balanced lifestyle and my goal is to help you achieve the same.
